Terms and Conditions
A small non refundable booking fee of $150 is taken to secure your date and ceremony time. Final and full payment is due 14 days before the wedding date for the booking to proceed. Payments may be made by cash, eftpos, bank deposit or paypal.
Paying your booking fee means that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on this page. Paying your booking fee also allows me the right to use testimonials and images to be used for advertising and social media. If you feel this is not something you agree with I request in writing you stating otherwise.
If the celebrant is unable to conduct the ceremony, the parties will be advised as soon as possible and all reasonable efforts will be made by the celebrant to arrange for the ceremony to be completed by another authorised marriage celebrant.
The celebrant is to attend and conduct the ceremony, at the agreed time, date and place and to comply with all legal requirements of the celebrant including lodgement of documents.
